INSTRUCTIONS

1. Applicant must be an U.S. citizen.

2. Scholarships are limited to support during the last academic year of undergraduate education or during one year of graduate education leading to a master’s degree, in an accredited college or university. Scholarships will not be awarded to doctoral candidates or to applicants already holding advanced degrees.

3. Applications, transcripts, and letters of reference must be received no later than 15 February. Letters of reference are to be signed by the writer, sealed and mailed to the Society or attached to this application.

4. Only your completed application, transcripts, and three letters of reference will be evaluated. No other information is required or desired; please confine your responses to the space provided.
